Staff training

Staff training and development are central to the services provided by Pastoral Cymru. This includes joint training and funding of staff where the opportunity arises.

In addition to our internal Continual Professional Development arrangements, we will further develop our links with local NHS services. In 2010, one example of such a commitment will be to fully fund a training post as part of the South Wales Psychiatric Rotation Scheme.
