Pastoral Cymru Staff

We currently employ around 150 staff, with each service having its own multidisciplinary team including;

• Consultant Forensic Psychiatrists
• Specialty Doctors/Associate Specialists
• Clinical and Forensic Psychologists and assistant Psychologists
• Approved Social Workers
• Occupational Therapists and OT assistants
• Fully qualified nursing staff and support workers
• Chef's and kitchen assistants
• Housekeeping staff; and
• A full range of administrative, support and maintenance staff including 24 hour emergency cover

In addition, our Registered Managers and Responsible Clinicians are supported by a number of key individuals whose roles span the Group. These include;

• 2 Nurse Consultants/Clinical Nurse Specialists
• A Practice Nurse
• A Mental Health Act/Referrals Manager

Other Group roles include a full time Human Resources Officer and a Group Administrator
