Mr Simon Parry, Chief Executive

Simon is a qualified Accountant, who previously owned (and was Managing Director of), the Rhondda Care Group, which was the largest provider of care home facilities in Rhondda Cynon Taff. Simon also owned and managed Testactive Ltd, which was a provider of supported living for disabled patients.

Mr Russell Fennell, Commercial Director

Russell has extensive experience in the procurement, commissioning and management of secure mental health services, having part owned and operated Pastoral Care (now part of Partnerships in Care) and Mayflower Hospitals (now part of Alpha Hospitals) which were amongst the front runners in the independent hospital sector operating secure services for both men and women in specialist areas such as Personality Disorder, Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities.

Mr John Shirreffs, Development Director                 

John is a qualified Health Service Manager with considerable experience in both the provision and commissioning of generic and specialist mental health services. John was also previously a mental health policy advisor to the Welsh Assembly Government.
